The Children's Learning Center is a 501(c)(3) and is governed by a Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is made up community members and also parents of the program  The Board of Directors focuses on the high-level strategy, oversight, and accountability of the organization.  The Board of Directors meets 10-12 times a year to receive reports, look at data, and discuss program strategy with the Executive Director and other key management staff.  The meetings are open to the public and follow the Oregon Public Meeting Law regulations.
