About Us

The Children's Learning Center first serviced Jefferson County in 1966 as providing services in conjunction with the Culver Christian Church.  Throughout the years we have changed and modified services to serve the local area.  In 1986 The Children's Learning Center was formed official with the State of Oregon.  The facility used to be on the Culver Highway but moved to it's current location in 2000 thanks to a Community Block Grant which was spearheaded by Jodi Eagan.  Over the years the facility has expanded and provided a variety of programs.  

Currently the program has 5 programs it operates with the largest being the Oregon Prekindergarten Head Start Program.
